I've had this for about a month, when our last Whirlpool dryer finally died after 20+ years. Comparing it to my old one, the lint filter is easy to remove and put back in, but what I like best is the size. Due to the large drum, the clothes have more room to tumble so shirts do not come out creased.

So Upset.
Bought this dryer 4/15/2019 to replace my Whirlpool dryer I had for 31 years,,,couldn't get parts any longer.Well 2 days ago went to take clothes out and they were WET,,did again and still WET. Called PC Richards who gave number for Service...Man came and said part broke and has to be ordered,,2-3 days.... Are you kidding me...Month old dryer Breaks,,,,what are they building today ????

I bought the dryer a month ago and love It! It doesn't have any features I won' t use. It's simple to operate and dries in a short amount of time. Even heavy items don't take any extra time. Love It!
I have one recommendation about my dryer. The latch on the door is a little flimsy and I'm afraid it's going to snap off. So I'm just more careful. Great product!!!

It has multiple settings to handle all kinds of clothes from delicate to tumble dry. Bought this dryer a couple weeks ago and am very happy. The machine dries large loads quickly, has three heat settings, interior light, wrinkle preventer and repeating end of cycle signal that can be shut off if you dry clothes overnight.

I have had this dryer now for about 1 month. At first, we struggled a bit to figure out what setting to use, as the loads were signaling that they were done, but were still a bit damp. We seem to have figured this out. At first I thought I would like the lint feature up at the top of the unit (my previous dryer had it at the bottom), but while it does not require bending down to clean, bits of dust and lint now fall on top of the unit when cleaning. We'll figure out a remedy to this as well, I'm sure. The buzzer signaling that the load is done is not loud enough for me - this I will have to live with. Overall, dryer is quiet and we are happy with it.

AutoDry Doesn't Work

We bought this new. So far, 3 of 3 loads I have put on AutoDry have been wet when the cycle completes. The only way to dry the laundry is with the timed section. It works great if you use that. But advertising and energy preferred mode and AutoDry is not cool. Neither dry my clothes.

I love that it is a simple machine, without all the electronics that seem to go bad on my family and friends machines. Keep it simple. My last Whirlpool lasted over 20 years. It was still working, but I know the efficiently was sorely lacking. This dryer is faster and will save me money.
